NucleoSpin™ RNA Plant Kit is designed for isolation of DNA-free, high-quality RNA from a wide variety of plant and fungal samples. Typical downstream applications include real-time RT-PCR, gene expression profiling, Northern blotting, primer extension, array technology, and RNase protection assays.
- Two different lysis buffers included—Optimized lysis procedure for typical conditions and for peculiar metabolites
- rDNase included for on-column digestion—Efficient removal of contaminating DNA
