Provides a simple, one-step concentration procedure. Sartorius Vivaspin™ 500 Centrifugal Concentrators are disposable ultrafiltration devices for the concentration of biological samples with starting volumes up to 500μL. Available with PES membranes in a wide range of molecular weight cut-offs.
- Gepatenteerd verticaal membraanontwerp en de filtratiekamer van het dunne kanaal minimaliseert membraanvervuiling en biedt concentraties met hoge snelheid
- Concentraatterugwinning van > 90% kan in minder dan 30 minuten worden bereikt
