Description
Store peptide, antibody or virus samples in these LoBind microcentrifuge tubes. Eppendorf™ Polypropylene Protein LoBind Microcentrifuge Tubes are ideal for work in protein research, mass spectrometry and protein array sample preparation.
- Problem free handling with the tiniest volumes/concentrations of a variety of proteins
- Preliminary handling of tubes by saturation with BSA or siliconisation is not required in order to guarantee the recovery of the proteins in the plastic tube
- Recovery rates of more than 99% are achievable
- Enzyme activities, for example, are not reduced by this tube, and denaturing effects caused by interaction with the surface are almost completely excluded
- No undesired side effects of a surface coating
- Tubes are available in Eppendorf LoBind™ material for maximum recovery of valuable samples
- Maximum protein recovery (over 97%, BSA 1μg/mL)
- Free from surface coating, e.g., silicone
- Free from DNA, DNase, RNase and ATP (PCR* clean)
