  • It includes CD4 Fab-Strep (mouse), the Cell Isolation Column, Cell Isolation Buffer, Biotin for Cell Elution and tubes and a luer lock adapter with the syringe.
  • Each kit is sufficient for one FABian™ run to isolate up to 3x10^7 target cells.
