Dit gebruiksklare membraan is nat verpakt in een bewaaroplossing van 0.05% natriumazide. Spoel de bewaaroplossing eenvoudig weg met gedeïoniseerd water, laad het monster en dialyseer.
- Vooraf bevochtigd & gebruiksklaar, geen glycerineverwijdering vereist
- 8 MWCO's variërend van 1 kD - 50 kD
- Goede chemische compatibiliteit met verdunde sterke zuren en basen, geconc. zwakke zuren& basen, veel alcoholen en enkele organische stoffen
- Standaard RC is bestand tegen een pH van 2 - 12 en een temp. van 4-121 °C.
- Ideaal voor monstervoorbereiding, ontzouten, bufferwissel, pH-verandering, eiwitzuivering, enz.
- Voordelig 10 meter/pak
