Eliminate time-consuming pipetting steps, reduce lab ware usage and accelerate assays such as PCR primer dilutions with user-friendly PocketTips™ Pipette Tips, which are compatible on multiple workstations. The external dimensions of the tip and rack are the same as standard automation tips, requiring minimal modification and set-up. Simple, economical assay miniaturization preserves compounds and reduces reagent costs.

Features:

  • Transfer samples directly to the assay plate
  • Combine sample and assay material with soft in-tip mixing
  • Coefficient of variation (CV) of less than 6% can be achieved for any pocket size
  • Color: Clear

Recommended for:

Cell-based or low DMSO tolerant assays, selectivity assays (P450), potency determinations (IC50), compound storage and delivery from compound libraries, protein and enzyme aqueous based assays, automated clinical diagnostics and kinetic read (FLIPR) assays.
