Aids in preparative separation of biomolecules from up to 5mL (for 16mm column I.D.) and 13mL (for 26mm column I.D.).

  • Provides maximum recovery and minimum nonspecific adsorption with long-term chemical and physical stability
  • Prepacked columns for use with AKTAdesign™ or other pumped chromatography systems
  • Available in two different prepacked column sizes - 16 x 600mm (120mL) and 26 x 60mm (320mL)
  • Maximum pressure (over packed bed during operation) is 1.5 bar (22psi)

  • Matrix: Allyl dextran and N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide
  • pH Stability working range: 3 to 11
  • pH Stability cleaning range: 2 to 13
  • Chemical stability: all commonly used buffers, 0.2 M NaOH, 0.1 M HCl, 1 M acetic acid, 8 M urea, 6 M guanidine HCl, 1% SDS, 20% ethanol, 30% propanol, 30% acetonitrile (tested at 40°C for one week), 0.5 M NaOH (only for cleaning-in-place)
