Cellgro integreert vele door de farmaceutische industrie ontwikkelde principes, zoals gebruik van water van WFI-kwaliteit, testen van grondstoffen, bewaking tijdens het proces en testen van het eindproduct.

  • 0.4% (w/v) oplossing
  • In PBS
  • pH 7.5 ±0.5
  • Hoeveelheid: 100 ml
  • Levensvatbare cellen sluiten de kleurstof uit, terwijl niet-levensvatbare cellen de kleurstof absorberen en blauw kleuren
  • De cellen moeten zich in suspensie bevinden als enkelvoudige cellen in gebufferde zoutoplossing vóór meting
