  • The kit is used for the selection of CD45RA+ T cells from whole blood or buffy coat in conjunction with the FABian™ system.
  • It includes CD45RA Fab-Strep (human), the Cell Isolation Column, Cell Isolation Buffer, Biotin for Cell Elution and tubes and a luer lock adapter with the syringe.
  • Each kit is sufficient for one FABian™ run to isolate cells from 9 ml whole blood.
